The author offers a new product that protects shoes from sticking clods of earth
The inexpensive mobile product is used as needed in extreme situations. The main design of the product is a special shape of the tread on the side surface of a stretchable shoe cover-galoshes worn on shoes (boots, boots)
Special shoes— shoes for performing production tasks

Depending on the scope of application, work shoes, as well as clothing, may have different degrees of protection and additional properties.

Shoes can be insulated, have increased mechanical, electrical or heat resistance, high or low soles, etc.

It protects the feet not only from dirt, but also from other harmful factors - mechanical injuries, temperature influences, moisture, dirt and other hazards.

Special shoes
The Team teachable
For protection from dirt
The largest group of safety shoes is designed to protect against dirt, because almost any shoe can protect your feet from dirt and dust. These are textile and leather sneakers, boots, as well as boots and half-boots. Protection is provided by high-quality upper material, closed construction, tight lacing and the presence of a tongue that does not let dirt and dust particles inside the shoe.
From mechanical damage
Special shoes from mechanical damage protects the legs from injury. It must be resistant to punctures and cuts, abrasion, impact with heavy objects, vibration and other factors (metal or composite toe cap withstands shocks of up to 200 J
From sliding
Shoes can slip on wet, icy or greasy surfaces. To reduce the risk of falling, shoes with the "C" marking on a special sole are used. It is made of frost-resistant material. You also need a high grooved tread pattern, and sometimes elements like spikes.
For winter time
For work in winter, at subzero temperatures up to -20..-30°C boots and boots with insulation and frost-resistant soles are used - artificial or natural fur, new modern lightweight materials.
Heat protection
Protection from heating more than +200 °C, from metal scale, sparks is often required. For welders, metallurgists, firefighters, shoes are produced with heat-resistant nitrile rubber soles, with concealed fittings to prevent ignition and without metal parts.
For protection from moisture
Waterproof shoes are used to protect against moisture - rubber and PVC boots, galoshes, shoes made of lightweight EVA polymer. Off-season shoes are sometimes insulated with inset elements - insulation. It can be worn directly on the feet, but there are also rubber galoshes for felt boots, boots and shoes.
For working with chemical substances
To work with chemicals, shoes with special soles resistant to acids and alkalis are used with the marking "K" and "Sch" and with a numerical designation (for example, "K10" protection against acid solution with a concentration of up to 10%). The oil-and-gasoline-resistant sole is used when working with fats, oils and is made of polyurethane or nitrile rubber.
For working in fog
When working in fog or smoke, as well as at night, shoes with reflective elements of any shape and size are used (unlike workwear). They are located from the outside in the form of various figured elements.
Galoshes
For people who are fond of hiking and tourism, hunting and fishing, as well as for those who have to spend a lot of time moving off–road - summer residents, villagers and rural workers, agricultural workers, shoes "for off-road" are of particular importance. And in particular – galoshes. The name itself originated from the French word Galoche, but in Russian pronunciation there is a similar variant – galoshes. Such variability comes from the Old Russian word "kolocha", because there is still no clear definition of the name of rubber shoes, and both variants remain.
In Russia, galoshes began to be produced starting in 1859 at the factory of Ferdinand Krauzkopf, a German by origin. Very soon, such shoes became popular, and the wealthiest citizens walked in galoshes.
Initially, galoshes were part of the image and style of rich and noble people, various versions of such shoes were produced for both women and men. Rubber products could be as short or high as possible, have a recess for the heel or be produced without it. The number of galoshes produced in the USSR in 1927/1928 was 37 million pairs. Later, insulated galoshes appeared, which allowed them to be worn not only in wet, but also in cold weather.
The popularity of galoshes has not disappeared anywhere, they are needed and relevant in modern life. But now completely different technologies and materials are used for their production.
Depending on whether galoshes are used for insulation or for protection from dampness, they differ from each other both in shape and quality.
According to the form, the following main types of galoshes are distinguished:
-ordinary or small galoshes;
-semi-shallow or semi-boots;
-deep or bots;
-- cloth boots.
All these basic varieties, depending on the shoes they are put on, have a number of styles.
By quality, there are:
-winter or warm (so-called Russian), produced on wool and paper lining with a combed pile;
-summer or light, lightweight type and with a lighter lining (lint-free);
-extra-light, very light and thin (sometimes covering only the heel and toe, and in ladies' varieties sometimes without backs at all, covering only the sole and toe).
Most of the year – autumn, spring and part of summer - it rains, wind, unpleasant cold and wet feet. In these seasons, there are increased requirements for shoes

Hiking off—road is wet branches and grass, tree roots and sticky mud, moss on rocks and slippery clay.

Even on a flat and dry stretch of road, you can twist your leg or dislocate a joint. And this is a disaster.

A person cannot walk, cannot carry weight, respectively, the whole group suffers, and he needs to be sent home.

Therefore, it is important to understand that the key to successful work, hiking, any kind of movement on a dirty, wet and slippery surface with small stones, branches, grass and dirt sticking to the feet is a good, well-chosen shoe that eliminates the possibility of clods of dirt sticking to the sole of the shoe and prevents injury and a decrease in the speed of movement.

In order to avoid clods of dirt sticking to shoes, a number of devices are used – various sprays and water-repellent impregnations, various oils and creams for shoes, mechanical devices worn on the shoes themselves for temporary situational protection of shoes not intended for use in an unfavorable environment and even for the protection of special shoes.
Such mechanical devices include galoshes, raincoats and protective shoe covers, disposable and reusable shoe covers, etc.
For the manufacture of such products, a wide variety of materials are used – rubber, silicone, shoe covers made of polyethylene, polypropylene, spanboard or fabric that differ in their technical characteristics.
In different cases, different materials and different forms of devices are used.
However, a niche remains unfilled for cases when a person unexpectedly finds himself in a difficult and sometimes critical situation due to a sudden change in weather conditions.
Being away from settlements in adverse weather conditions and not having external support to preserve health or even life, a person (a tourist, a fisherman, a hunter, etc.) may need to quickly walk a long distance. However, the shoes they do not always use allow them to do this, and unfortunately this fact can lead to sad consequences.
For such cases, the author of this development suggests combining and using existing developments and materials, supplementing them with some improvements specifically for sudden and emergency situations in conditions dangerous to human life and health.
For these purposes, the author proposes to create a product consisting of a lower part in the form of shoe covers (galoshes), worn on shoes worn by a person, connected to the upper part in the form of gaiters.
Both parts must meet certain requirements
The lower shoe covers (galoshes) should be easily and quickly put on shoes and for this it should be stretchable.
In addition, it must keep its shape and have a special side protector.
The pattern of this tread will change the area and the plane on which the dirt sticks. This will reduce the adhesion of dirt to the surface of the shoe, which will preserve freedom and speed of movement and eliminate the risk of falling or injury to a person in adverse weather conditions.

Function
The main function of this product is precisely in the shape and location of the side tread on the shoe cover (galoshes), since it is thanks to it that the product will prevent the process of sticking large lumps of wet and slippery dirt on shoes.
The presence of a large heavy and slippery lump of dirt on the leg during rapid movement in extreme conditions can undoubtedly lead to unforeseen injuries threatening human health and even life.
Even if this person is a professional.
The upper part should be in the form of gaiters connected to the lower bacillus, which is made of a light crumpled and waterproof material. In the upper part, it should be fixed with an elastic band or a tie, preventing moisture from entering the product. Some options may have a zipper for convenience and speed of putting the product on shoes.
In exceptional cases, weather conditions and terrain features can pose a real threat to the life of a person traveling over rough terrain. In such situations, in order to reduce the adhesion of the soil to the surface of shoe covers, you can use not only special but also any other technical oils or fuel products (fuels and lubricants) to lubricate their side surfaces. Such products can be at hand at construction site workers, in the fields of agricultural workers working with agricultural machinery, etc.
The product should be light and cheap and used as a "one-time" product or a "short service life" product.

This product must be available to people who may find themselves in unforeseen extreme situations or to people who are often in bad weather conditions, but do not have special professional shoes – participants in nature research, novice tourists or hunters, rural residents or agricultural workers, etc.
